Soil: Calcareous-Clay
Yield: 50 hl/hectare
Grape Varieties:
60 % Syrah
20 % Grenache
20 % Cinsault
Vinification: Manual harvesting and stalk removal with 12 day maceration.
Temperature maintained at 25° C then the Syrah is poured into new barrels.
Tasting:
Color : Sustained purple
Bouquet: Complex with hints of resin, leather, tobacco and licorice. Very nice flavor follow-up with nutmeg, cloves, a touch of vanilla and cinnamon.
