Vinification: Harvested early in the morning with pneumatic pressing. Temperature maintained at 16°C.
Matures in barrels for 18 months.

Bouquet: Intense, the first nose has scents of dried fruit like figs and plums while the second nose floral,
silky and tastes of buttery hazelnut.
