Soil: Calcareous-Clay
Yield: 50 hl/hectare
Grape Varieties: 100% Chardonnay
Vinification: Harvested early in the morning with pneumatic pressing.
Temperature maintained at 16°C.

• Color:
Pale golden yellow with flashes of green.
• Bouquet: intense, the first nose has the scents of dried fruit, apricots, figs and plums. The second nose
is floral. You can taste exotic fruit like pineapple on the palate and the finish is silky and buttery.
• Serving Suggestions: Serve for cocktails, with shellfish, seafood, white or barbecued meat.
